Full story →Tripura DGP death: Police to conduct forensic analysis of top cop's electronic gadgets

Tripura Police will conduct forensic analysis of all electronic gadgets used by DGP Anurag Dhankar, including mobile phone, laptop, and personal computer.
The gadgets have been seized and will be sent to the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Narsingarh for analysis.
Forensic analysis is expected to take at least one and a half months.
A case of unnatural death has been registered; investigating officer Subhrajit Deb stated that if post-mortem confirms suicide, focus will shift to reasons for the act.
Opposition leader Jitendra Chaudhury has reiterated demand for a judicial probe, citing that Dhankar was mentally stressed and the circumstances are questionable.
