Full story →India secure top-four finish at 2026 Commonwealth Games after historic 39-medal campaign
India finished fourth at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow with 39 medals (13 gold, 17 silver, nine bronze), ahead of hosts Scotland on silver count.
A record 16-medal haul on Saturday secured India's top-four position, with boxing leading the charge.
Gulveer Singh became India's only double medallist, winning bronze in both the men's 10,000m and 5,000m.
On the final day, Ishroop Narang in women's -78kg judo and Harsh Tokas in men's -81kg judo lost bronze-medal matches, to Canada's Coralie Godbout and Australia's Keishin Ochi respectively.
