Union cabinet approved the Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana Rasayan (BHAVYA Rasayan) scheme with a total outlay of Rs 3,030 crore for three chemical parks.
The scheme will be implemented over five years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, and the Centre will provide up to Rs 1,000 crore grant per park.
State governments must contribute a minimum of Rs 500 crore per park to receive the central grant.
The parks aim to provide world-class infrastructure, boost domestic manufacturing, attract investments, and create jobs in the chemicals sector.
