Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said Etawah and Mainpuri have shed their pre-2017 image of fear and insecurity due to the BJP government's zero-tolerance approach towards crime.
Yogi Adityanath credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call and the BJP's firm law-and-order stance for transforming the districts into hubs of respect and development.
In Etawah, Yogi launched 128 projects worth ₹604 crore; in Mainpuri and Karhal, he announced 111 projects worth around ₹682 crore.
Yogi Adityanath claimed Uttar Pradesh moved from the bottom three to the top three states in India's economy and highlighted over nine lakh government jobs provided through transparent recruitment.
