The Ministry of Education has highlighted progress on NEP 2020 recommendations, integrating skill-based and experiential learning from Class 6 to higher education. New guidelines for Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programmes (AEDP) 2025 and digital platforms like PM e-Vidya and DIKSHA are expanding access and employability.

NEP 2020 was launched to transform India's education system, emphasizing holistic, flexible, and multidisciplinary learning. It advocates skill development, experiential learning, and technology integration from school to university level.

  8. DIKSHA platform has over 3.67 lakh contents in mother tongues/local/regional languages; 579.41 crore learning sessions completed by 2.29 crore users.

  9. DIKSHA provides QR-coded energized textbooks for all classes and access to 836+ virtual labs.

  10. ICT labs and smart classrooms funded under Samagra Shiksha based on state annual work plans.
