The Union Law Minister informed Lok Sabha that e-filing 3.0 has been implemented in all district courts of Punjab under the e-Courts Phase III project. The progress is regularly monitored through review meetings and coordination with the High Court.

The e-Courts Mission Mode Project aims to digitize the Indian judiciary. Phase III focuses on enhancing digital infrastructure and services in district courts.

e-Courts Phase III is implemented through an institutional framework with the Supreme Court e-Committee providing policy inputs and High Courts acting as implementation agencies.
Regular monitoring is done via periodic review meetings, progress reports, and continuous coordination with the concerned High Court.
E-filing 3.0 has been implemented in all district courts of Punjab.
Adequate digital facilities and infrastructure for virtual hearings have been provided in Punjab district courts as per Supreme Court e-Committee guidelines.
