The National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) was earlier limited to students of recognized educational institutions. The upgraded NYPS 2.0 portal opens participation to all educational institutions, groups, and citizens across the country, aiming to foster democratic values and parliamentary engagement among the youth.
