Background

Launched in 2016, SVEP is a sub-scheme of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). It supports SHG members and their families in starting non-farm enterprises through financial assistance, training, mentoring, and community-led institutional support.
