The National Testing Agency (NTA) has initiated a major recruitment drive for senior officials and Young Professionals following examination reforms triggered by the NEET paper leak and other irregularities. This marks the first major institutional reform after recommendations by a high-level expert committee.

Recruitment includes 4 General Managers and 16 Young Professionals.
Young Professionals are being hired through UPSC's Pratibha Setu portal for the first time.
General Manager for Assessment Research will handle question bank development, exam normalisation, Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT), and AI-based evaluation.
General Manager for Test Center Network Operations will manage exam centres across 500+ Indian cities and international locations, including facilities for differently-abled candidates.
General Manager for Information Security will serve as the Chief Information Security Officer.
The reforms follow recommendations of the high-level expert committee chaired by Professor K. Radhakrishnan.
